A. Location Data

Unroutine uses your device’s location services (Geofencing) to determine whether you are at specific locations (such as "Home" or "Office") to provide context-aware task suggestions.

• How it is stored: Your location data and coordinates are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your location history to external servers.

B. Screen Time and App Usage (Family Controls API)

To help you stay focused, Unroutine utilizes Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls). You may choose to block distracting applications while completing a task.

• How it is used: The App only requests access to block the specific applications you select. Due to Apple's strict privacy guidelines, we do not see the names of the apps you use, nor do we track your app usage history. All token data related to Screen Time is handled securely by iOS and remains on your device.

C. Task and Usage Data

The tasks you create (in the "Chaos Pool"), your settings, and your completion logs are saved locally in the App's document directory.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Deliver context-aware task suggestions (Smart Suggestions) based on your location and availability.
• Enforce focus modes by temporarily restricting access to selected apps.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Because Unroutine operates primarily offline and stores data locally, your personal information remains strictly on your device.
